In theory class, I wasnt able to present my powerpoint presentation because my team mates; Ananda and Vincent is still on vacation so I think its either im going to present it on tuesday or wednesday. In instrument class we only practiced the song that we're going to play on October.

14 August 2012, Tuesday

In theory class, we discussed about the criteria and the objctives. Alot of people didnt come today so most of them arent going to present their powerpoint slide presentation. Well today im not going to present because two of my members didnt come but Mr Herry let us to be present our powerpoint presentation after lebaran because Vincent told Mr Herry that he's going somewhere on his vacation.

13 August 2012, Monday

Today we didnt have any instrument class because it was our assessment day for singing. And I was the last one to sing and at first i was quite nervous because i didnt really practice the last night before the assessment day. My singing assessment went pretty well. Even though I didnt reach the higher notes but it doesnt matter. At least the assessments are done and it was a relief.

8 August 2012, Wednesday

In theory class, everyone sang our own chosen song for the assessment next week. But I didnt, because even though I know what song that im going play, i still dont remember the chords and some of the lyrics. We didnt go to our separate instrument classes because there was no time.

7 August 2012, Tuesday

Today in theory class, we only did 2 things actually. We all did the notation quiz. And the next thing we did was discussing with out own groups and we had to say what we know and what we want to know about western music genre infron of the class.

In instument class, I played the new chord which was 1/2 diminished chord and I had to play the other chords as well.

6 August 2012, Monday

Today in theory class I did pretty much the same thing as last week. I performed and sang the song called Bagi Mu Negri and it went pretty well actually. And after that I hadti choose a groop member and I chose Ananda and Vincent.

1 August 2012, Wednesday

Today in theory class, Mr. Herry gave us some book examples that is about Western Music Genres and those book were made from the previous students during 2010. He gave us that book because he wants us to get some ideas about western music genre for the powerpoint presentation and we had to choose 4 members to be in each group. We all havent planned it out yet though.

In instrument class, I did the minor scales and I did all the white keys. I did pretty okay because I didn't really practice for this, i only remembered the fingers and the notes so thats why I didn't make alot of mistakes. For next week's assignment, I have to plan which one am i going to choose for the group powerpoint presentation and also I have to practice the minor 7th, 7th chord and some sort of diminished scales and it has to be done by next week.

Today in theory class we sang a song called Bagi Mu Negri and we sang one by one and it was just a rehearsal and i was a bit nervous but Thank God I practiced the song yesterday. Today is the 2nd week of school and im still new to the new environment kind of thing that we have in our new music class because most of the students are new and i dont know them well yet. In instrument class, I played the minor scales and major 7th chord. I played it quite well.
